How long does it take to get started?

Once you’re on board and I have your info, we can usually have your email platform connected, a simple template ready, and your first campaign drafted within 7–10 days.

 

What do I need to provide to get started?

Mainly: a customer list (even if it’s messy), your logo/brand colors, and a rough idea of your key services and seasonal offers. I’ll handle turning that into actual emails and a simple plan.

 

What email platform do you use?

I’m flexible—I can work in popular tools like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Klaviyo, or your existing provider. If you don’t have anything set up yet, I’ll recommend and configure one for you.

 

Do you handle design too, or just the writing?

Both. I’ll set up a simple, on-brand template with your logo, colors, and clear sections so your emails look good on desktop and mobile without being over-designed.

 

 

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No long-term contract. The service is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. You keep your email list, your account, and all of the templates and lead magnets we’ve created.

 

Who writes the emails?

I do. You don’t have to stare at a blank screen—I’ll draft each campaign and send it for a quick approval before it goes out.

 

How big does my email list need to be?

There’s no minimum. I’ve helped shops with 0 people on their list. Part of the service is helping you grow your list over time with lead magnets.

 

How often will you email my customers?

The standard plan includes 3 campaigns per month plus any automated emails we set up (like welcome or service reminder emails). We’ll adjust timing if there’s a big promotion or seasonal rush.

 

Can I see results from the emails you send?

Yes. You’ll get a monthly summary with opens, clicks, top links, and basic takeaways so you know which campaigns are working best.

 

What is a lead magnet and how does it work?

A lead magnet is something small but useful you offer in exchange for an email address—like a seasonal checklist, coupon, or quick guide. I’ll create one each quarter and help you promote it on your site, social, or at the counter.
